Yogam Yoga is expanding in Durban North, and we’re delighted to share some uplifting news for our growing community of practitioners in the area.
A brand-new Wednesday evening class is now open at the Durban North Methodist Church on Swapo Road, running from 5.30–6.30 pm. This serene, welcoming space offers the perfect midweek pause — a chance to breathe, stretch, reconnect, and settle into yourself before the week carries you forward.
This new class joins our already thriving Monday evening class in Umhlanga, also from 5.30–6.30 pm at The Palms. With both classes now running weekly, Yogam Yoga offers two accessible opportunities to build consistency, deepen your practice, and become part of a supportive, heart-led community.
Why This Matters
- More flexibility for students balancing work, family, and personal commitments
- Two beautiful venues that each bring their own atmosphere of calm and connection
- A growing community of practitioners who value presence, kindness, and mindful movement
- A shared ethos of seva, accessibility, and yoga for every body
Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your practice, both classes offer a gentle, grounding space to explore movement, breath, and stillness.
